Web GIS for asset management in the UK

By [email protected] - 7th January 2016 - 11:27

GeoEnable is offering two courses in the UK for people looking to understanding more about the possibilities of using spatial analysis, web GIS and web mapping for infrastructure asset management and the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) sectors. The main technologies used will be Esri’s ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro.

The courses are classroom-based and have a seminar style, with demonstrations and delegate participation. This is not a hands-on course (on the day), but provides real-world examples and thought leadership around the application of web GIS. This is your chance to ask all the question you wanted to, but never got the chance! You will receive slides and notes.

Following the course, AEC will set you up and start you with your own web GIS (ArcGIS Online demonstration account, or configure your existing account for you). Its team will guide you through this process with weekly ‘Web GIS Accelerator’ online consultancy to knowledge-share and trouble-shoot. Weekly web meeting/calls last six weeks after the courses.

Dates: January 28 (London), February 16 (Manchester)
