Tim becomes only the fourth Managing Director in the company’s 50 year history, following Howard Gell who steps down after 11 years to continue an active role on the board. Tim initially joined Glanville as a graduate in 2001. After a few years, he took roles at other consultancies and Oxfordshire County Council before returning to Glanville in 2008. He joined the board in 2012, heading up Transport and Highways from the company’s Didcot office. In 2019 he was one of six Directors who completed a management buyout of the company.
