The property industry is the first to quantify the importance of using travel time within location search. Data gathered confirms that time based searches convert three times more customers than miles radius searches due to delivering more relevant property results. The search, powered by iGeoliseâs TravelTime platform, allows consumers to enter their preferred location, commute time, mode of transport and time of travel. The results can be ranked and sorted by minutes rather than miles and displayed in list format or visually on a map.
