The ION Pacific PNT 2026 Conference

The Institute of Navigation (ION) Announces the Technical Program for the Pacific PNT 2026 Conference.

The Institute of Navigation (ION) has announced that the Pacific Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) 2026 conference will take place in-person, April 13–16, 2026, at the Hilton Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii.

ION’s biennial Pacific PNT conference is a global cooperative development of positioning, navigation, and timing technology and applications where policy and technical leaders from Pacific Rim nations meet to discuss policy updates, receive program status updates, and exchange technical information.

ION’s Pacific PNT 2026 technical program will cover topics including BeiDou, COSMIC/FORMOSAT, and QZSS. Additionally, a plenary session will provide an update on satellite navigation systems in Asia/the Pacific Rim, providing an update on their country’s latest satellite navigation system or related LEO constellations that utilizes satellite navigation signals for scientific applications.
