Perfect Lift-Off in 2015 Draws Strong Support for Commercial UAV Expo 2016 - Organizers announce Exhibitors to Date and New Advisory Board Members

Portland, Maine, USA – March 23, 2016 – The organizers of Commercial UAV Expo announced today that its successful launch in 2015 has drawn strong support for the 2016 event, which is still more than seven months away. “We’re thrilled by the support the industry has shown Commercial UAV Expo,” said Lisa Murray, Director. “The very specific commercial nature of the event, which focuses on key industrial sectors, has been extremely well-received and truly distinguishes Commercial UAV Expo from other UAV events. Participants interviewed at the 2015 event lauded the commercial focus and the distinction.”

“Exhibit space is going fast, with 30% of the exhibit floor already under contract to dozens of market leaders,” said Ms. Murray. “They know Commercial UAV Expo is the best place to exhibit in order to put their products and services in front of asset owners seeking the best commercial drone education and widest range of cutting-edge solutions. Many participants were familiar with us from our other leading geospatial technology products. We tapped our extensive audience of more than 50,000 highly qualified geospatial professionals to deliver existing customers who trust and follow us, while our million-plus impression multi-media marketing campaign brought in new customers seeking information and products to integrate or expand their UAS capabilities.” At the 2015 event, more than 1,500 professionals from 49 states and 37 countries attended; 94% found new products or services at Commercial UAV Expo, and nine out of ten are involved in purchasing decisions.
