Günther Bronner – an innovator in the field of commercial, digital forest inventory – has been working in forest inventory for 40 years, and with laser scan data for over 15 years. Umweltdata has utilized a RIEGL VZ-400i terrestrial laser scanner for numerous years.

Bernhard Groiss, RIEGL Applications Engineer in Terrestrial Laser Scanning, has a background education in forestry as well as previous experience working in the forestry sector.
