PCI Geomatics Attend 39th Annual Canadian Symposium on Remote Sensing

PCI Geomatics, a world-leading developer of remote sensing and photogrammetric software and systems, announced today it will be attending the 39th annual Canadian Symposium on Remote Sensing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from June 19-21, 2018.

PCI Geomatics will be presenting several papers during the technical sessions:

Paper #1

  • Date and Time: Tuesday, June 19th @ 13:10
  • Title: Comparison of different compact polarimetry modes in respect to the full polarization for the identification and characterization of the land use classes
  • Presenter: Dr. Gabriel Gosselin, Senior Scientist (PCI Geomatics)

Paper #2

  • Date and Time: Wednesday, June 20th @ 16:40
  • Title: Machine Learning and Automation of Processing SAR Imagery for Wildfire Detection and Monitoring
  • Presenter: Dr. Gabriel Gosselin, Senior Scientist (PCI Geomatics)

Paper #3

  • Date and Time: Thursday, June 21st @ 10:40
  • Title: Validating PCI ARD data with Sen2Cor and LaSRC including BRDF correction and Topographic Normalization
  • Presenter: Wolfgang Lueck, Senior Scientist (PCI Geomatics)

In addition to the paper presentations, PCI Geomatics invites customers, partners and students to visit the booth at the symposium, where staff will be on hand to assist with any technical questions related to PCI software solutions.
