Be There for LIVE Demonstrations! China’s research leaders to showcase accomplishments at OceanTech 2019

Zhoushan, China – March 18, 2019 – China’s leading oceanography research entities are exhibiting at OceanTech 2019 Program (OT 2019, May 16-18, Zhejiang University Zhoushan Campus), joining industry leaders to demonstrate their latest knowhow, LIVE.

  • Multibeam survey demo coordinated with Zhejiang University's Zijingang survey ship as mother vessel, carrying R2Sonic 2024, arrayed with two USVs- -- 5.5m and 3m -- each with an R2sonic 2022 or 2024 on board
  • High precision marine gravity survey with MAGS6 and magnetic survey with G882, both conducted on board a 10.3m USV
  • Using Zhejiang University's anechoic tank, ROVï¼DOE L6ï¼carrying 3D imaging Sonar BV5000 conducting underwater survey with maneuvering capabilities
  • Aeromagnetic survey utilizing Flying-Cam SARAH 4.0 Unmanned Helicopter
  • 10.3m USV in high speed and autonomous navigation modes
  • Mini Ranger 2 Shallow Water USBL System – Sonardyne
  • Modem 6 Acoustic Communication - Sonardyne
