Oceanology International Extends Deadline for Industry Call for Content

By Eric Van Rees - 22nd October 2025 - 06:55

Oceanology International, the forum for ocean science, engineering and technology, has announced an extended opportunity for industry pioneers and professionals to submit proposals for its renowned conference programme at next year’s event.

The Oi26 technical sessions are promising once again to deliver inspirational and insightful discussion which defines the future of ocean technology and drives real-world change across global marine and offshore sectors.

Following a strong response to its initial Call for Content, Oi organisers have set a new submission deadline of Tuesday, 28th October to provide additional time for more researchers, technologists, scientists, engineers and organisations to send in their abstracts and secure a place on stage in front of hundreds of visitors and attendees at London’s ExCeL.

An elite lineup of esteemed experts and high-profile industry leaders have already confirmed to host, present and moderate during the three-day conference from 10th to 12th March. Participants for 2026 include representatives from the Environment Agency, the MET Office and the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), plus company directors and founders from leading maritime industry associations and companies, such as electric propulsion innovators RAD.
