HawkEye 360 Appoints Craig Searle as Chief Financial Officer

Craig most recently served as the company’s Chief Business Officer and, before joining the company full-time, served for four years as a member of HawkEye 360’s Board of Directors and its Audit Committee.

Before joining HawkEye 360, Craig worked as a Director on the Strategic Investments & Acquisitions team at Advance, which operates and invests in assets spanning media, communications, technology, and other promising growth areas. Craig brings two decades of finance experience, including a decade of work in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
