Good Service pays off - 25 Years Geo Software by KilletSoft

By [email protected] - 7th September 2016 - 09:57

Since a quarter of a century the company KilletSoft, headquartered in Kempen on the Lower Rhine, is already on (Earth-)ball and celebrates its 25th anniversary in September. "Exactly on 16th September 1991 we have first time offered our geodetic program TOPO."

KilletSoft Development Engineer Fred Killet explains. On base of the early TOPO the still attractive program TOPOWIN has been developed, which is used as a topographic information system and as nation-wide register of official cartographies. With the current programs, e.g. TRANSDAT for accurate Coordinate Transformations, GeoDLL to link geodetic calculations to your own developments and ORTWIN as nation-wide places register, as well with national and international spatial data, KilletSoft has established a main pillar in the field of geodesy and surveying.

"We offer only a small range of useful products that have a really high quality. Our software is dynamically adjusted by practical suggestions from our customers. This will ensure that a high degree of flexibility and user friendliness is reached with our products. Our success is also attributed to the fact that customer satisfaction is our greatest concern." Killet continues. Thus it is not surprising that KilletSoft has been awarded three times with the innovation prize of the Initiative Small and Medium Enterprises. "Sincere thanks to our almost 7.000 customers, who provide us their confidence since 25 years and thereby secure the development of our geodetic software." the Development Engineer completes finally.
