Save the date: Esri UK OI roundtable

This is perhaps no surprise. Current estimates from IDC are that there will be some 40 zettabytes of information on the planet by the end of the decade.

Focus is now shifting on how to unlock the power of this data, with evolutions of traditional Business Intelligence (BI) platforms often being the first port of call. However a major new tool, Operational Intelligence (OI), is gaining ground, offering a real-time, dynamic decision-making platform that drives significant competitive advantage. In simplest terms, OI is an active system of engagement based on live real-time data whereas BI is more of an analysis of historical data.

We’d like to invite you to attend and participate in Esri UK’s OI roundtable debate where panellists, including Nick Jones, Senior Advisor at Environment Agency and Andy Nicholson, Asset Data Manager at Wessex Water will discuss whether OI is the future of data analysis and insight.
