Hexagon Geospatial announces the official release of Power Portfolio 2016, spanning its entire collection of products.

Customers can now download new versions of their software.

“The Power Portfolio empowers our users to tap into the continuous flow of both geospatial and business data to understand the world around us,” said Mladen Stojic, President of Hexagon Geospatial. “They have more options than ever before, including expanded workflows and saving overhead by accessing software over the cloud.”

The Power Portfolio organizes Hexagon Geospatial’s products into suites, combining the best photogrammetry, remote sensing, GIS and cartography technologies available. The Producer, Provider and Platform suites contain the globally-recognized products relied on by successful organizations worldwide.

The Producer Suite empowers you to collect, process, analyze and understand raw geospatial data using world-leading software like ERDAS IMAGINE, GeoMedia, and ImageStation. The Producer Suite 2016 makes it easy to access and run analytical recipes with over a hundred new operators in both ERDAS IMAGINE and GeoMedia. Harness the power of highly accurate 3D data in your workflows by connecting to local or remote point clouds.

The Provider Suite enables you to easily store, catalog and distribute all geospatial and business data using ERDAS APOLLO and ECW products. The Provider Suite 2016 allows you to integrate high volume content management, analysis and data delivery via lightweight web services. ERDAS IMAGINE Image Chain support lets you change Image Chain parameters from a thin web client, so you can visualize your data on the web with greater flexibility.

The Platform Suite extends geospatial functionality into any business workflow with a sophisticated set of developer-focused technologies that includes GeoMedia Smart Client, GeoMedia WebMap, Geospatial Portal, Geospatial SDI, Mobile Alert, and Mobile MapWorks. These tools put the power of geospatial technology to incorporate processes quickly, reducing time-to-market and responding faster to requirement changes. The 2016 release also includes powerful tools for visualizing underground assets in 3D, along with terrain and other objects, making it easier to plan construction work and infrastructure maintenance.
