Energy land and consents specialists strengthen teams with internal promotions

Ardent provides a range of services for some of the most significant UK and Ireland infrastructure and regeneration and development projects in utilities, renewables and transport.

The highly-skilled members of their team have been promoted in recognition of their expertise and understanding of the complex environments in which their clients operate.

Alex Bodrozic has been promoted to Associate Director in the company’s Land Assembly Directorate. He joined Ardent’s Land Referencing Directorate as a graduate in 2018, where he learned the skills that have formed the foundation of his career, before moving into his current role and achieving chartered certification with the support of the Ardent Academy. He now helps lead and offers technical advice to key clients in their major projects.

In the same directorate, Sophie Rathore has been promoted to Senior Surveyor working with key clients out of Ardent’s Manchester office, which only opened 12 months ago, in January 2025.  

India Roberts joined Ardent in 2023 and has been promoted to Associate in Ardent’s Ireland team, reflecting the growth and opportunities within the region. She leads on onboarding new clients which in turn creates further career progression opportunities for members of the Ardent team.
