VERIPOS selects Septentrio for GNSS and L-band

Sept 26, 2007 - Leuven, Belgium – Septentrio, a European manufacturer of professional OEM GNSS receivers, has been awarded a contract by VERIPOS to supply its dual-frequency GPS/GLONASS OEM receiver modules and matching L-band modules, for delivery of the
complete range of VERIPOS augmentation services to its customers world-wide.

VERIPOS, a leading supplier of precise positioning solutions to the international offshore and marine industries, will use Septentrio’s AsteRx2 receivers and L-band modules to deliver its full portfolio of augmentation services, ranging from its single-frequency VERIPOS Standard service to its high accuracy PPP service, VERIPOS Ultra. VERIPOS and Septentrio will also work together to develop other advanced solutions to further enhance accuracy, reliability and integrity of precise navigation and ositioning.
