TENET MapRite web forum provides a dynamic interactive communication tool for MapRite users
TENET MapRite web support area now includes an interactive forum giving MapRite users a dynamic communication tool that enables them share ideas, tips, scripts and general information.
Since the launch of our new web site in 2007 and after the MapRite User Group, TENET and the Government & Utilities division have been working at ways to improve customer service online.
As part of TENET’s commitment to the User community, we set out to establish a full forum capability to allow MapRite Users to interact, share tips, exchange ideas, experiences, information and download data. The new forum has achieved this with an information area in which TENET will provide downloads, e.g. user group presentations and the latest patches, plus a FAQ section together with a forum / discussion area; in this section users can hold discussions and post ideas, questions, hints and tips.
TENET ‘s MapRite is the market-leading PAI solution provider, based upon an established product technology proven in over 120 organisations, including Local Authorities, Utilities and Central Government organisations for the re-alignment of assets. MapRite has been shown to provide a robust, scalable solution with the lowest cost of ownership for Positional Accuracy Improvement customers.
