3Dconnexion has announced that its SpaceNavigator 3D mouse now supports the new ‘sky mode’ in Google Earth™ 4.2. Google Earth users can now use SpaceNavigator to get the most out of the exciting new sky view, flying to far-away galaxies and zooming in to see imagery from the Hubble Space Telescope and take a closer look at constellations.
3Dconnexion’s SpaceNavigator 3D mouse enables seamless control and navigation with an easy-to-use controller cap that can be pulled, tilted or twisted to simultaneously pan, zoom and rotate 3D scenes within Google Earth.

The SpaceNavigator Personal Edition (PE) device has a suggested retail price of £39. The personal edition license supports non-commercial use of the device and offers online technical support only. The SpaceNavigator Standard Edition (SE) device has a suggested retail price of £69. The standard edition license comes with an unrestricted user's license and two years of full support (Web, e-mail and phone).
