Sigma Seven to Sponsor ESRI EMEA UC 2008

Sigma Seven to Sponsor ESRI EMEA User Conference 2008

Sigma Seven are pleased to announce that they are sponsors of the ESRI EMEA Annual Conference this October.

Taking place at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London, UK, 28-30 Oct, the conference, hosted by ESRI UK, is a major event in the GIS calendar for companies working in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The theme of this year’s conference is “GIS For Everyday Life” and the event will showcase the latest innovations, newest technologies and best of class services made available through ESRI’s Business Partner Network.

Sigma Seven are pleased to be sponsoring a conference whose theme reflects their own philosophy that GIS, by being made mobile and easy to use, will play an increasingly vital role for people everywhere, everyday in a myriad of different ways.

Sponsorship of the ESRI conference reflects Sigma Seven’s strong relationship with ESRI and Sigma Seven’s continued investment in their expanding business. Sigma Seven have been ESRI UK Business Partners for many years and their popular GeoField Product uses ESRI technology. Sigma Seven help corporate users of ESRI and other leading enterprise GIS systems take maps and data out into the field where it is needed.
Sigma Seven was formed in 2000 by a group of mapping, data management and GIS professionals from leading IT Service and Utilities companies. Recognising the growing demand for flexible and affordable mobile map-based solutions in all organisations with field workers, the company has developed the GeoField product suite. Sigma Seven has helped some of the largest utility companies in the UK to take mapping out of the office and into the front line.

Each month we select a hot topic and a leading figure in the industry to write about it.
