OPSI rules on Intelligent Addressing complaint

The Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) yesterday adjudicated and made recommendations on a complaint received earlier this year from Intelligent Addressing under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations and the Information Fair Trader Scheme.

The complaint relates to various issues concerning the licensing and use of Ordnance Survey’s AddressPoint dataset within local and central government.

A downloadable copy of the OPSI report can be accessed at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/advice/psi-regulations/complaints/SO-42-8-4.pdf
