New Appointment in the Health Division

ACTIVE Solutions Europe Ltd, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geeta Piercy as their new Business Development Manager for their TSM product in the Health Sector.
Ms Piercy has many years of experience analysing customers through the application of marketing lifestyle classifications. She has a Master’s in Equal Opportunities and was previously a Public Sector and Utilities account manager with Experian, a global leader in the supply and interpretation of demographic and socio-economic information. Using ACTIVE’s Total Solution Mapping™ (TSM) software and consultancy services she will work with over 50 existing NHS trust and agency customers to help them better understand the catchments they serve to help improve quality across the services they provide.
Ms Piercy said “I am delighted to have been chosen for this role with ACTIVE. Patient choice, effective social marketing techniques, membership management and competition are just some of the challenges facing health organisations today and a large part of the solution relies on accurate data interpretation and insight. The NHS Next Stage Review raises some key issues for our customers and I look forward to discussing these with them in the future.”
ACTIVE’s TSM™ solution, training and consultancy services have been used within the Health sector for nearly fifth teen years. Based in Nottingham, Geeta will spend the next few months working with customers to establish their requirements as well as encouraging attendance at our regular user groups that address common issues within the sector and provide an important knowledge forum to encourage peer to peer interaction.
