Thames Water Property Insight (TWPI) is now operational as a National Land Information Service (NLIS) licensed channel. TWPI is the second licensed channel to provide authoritative electronic land and property searches nationally through NLIS to solicitors and the conveyancing community.
TWPI is offering over 90 property search products sourced directly from Land Registry, local authorities, the Coal Authority, water companies and other providers of land and property information.
Land Data (the NLIS regulator) CEO Jan Boothroyd said: “The NLIS Hub is a respected and trusted brand in conveyancing and is recognised as a source of reliable and accurate data with rapid response times. TWPI’s reputation as an established authoritative CON29DW data provider makes them a good fit for NLIS and we look forward to working with them.”
Jason McKinley, Head of Thames Water Property Insight, said: “We see Thames Water and NLIS as a perfect partnership and one that will seriously enhance our reputation for quality and marks us as a significant and long-term player in the provision of all property searches.”
