Mayrise Systems is pioneering moves to help UK councils reap the rewards of a new national property ID database that is set to revolutionise public services through easier information sharing across council boundaries. As a major supplier of service management software for key services such as refuse collections, highways and street lighting, Mayrise Systems has developed easy to use integration tools for the newly created national database, the National Land and property Gazetteer (NLPG). This allows easy connection between data compliant MAYRISE management systems and front office services such as contact centres.
The National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG) is already the de facto standard for addressing within UK Local Government and is playing an increasingly important role on the delivery of services by both the public and private sector. Covering the whole of England and Wales and containing more than 30 million residential, business and non-mailing addresses the NLPG provides unique identification, accurate geographic location and conforms to the British Standard BS7666.
“Councils have already invested heavily in the creation of the NLPG with more than GBP 70 million by UK Local Government to date. Having made such an investment in this data it is imperative that authorities have the tools to secure a return,” commented Mark Clarke, Managing Director of Mayrise Systems. “We have created a suite of DTF 7.3 complaint software and integration solutions ensuring that frontline service delivery is based on the most up to date and accurate address information.”
Mayrise Systems are on of the UK’s leading developers of advanced information management software for UK Local Authorities and partner organisations. Solutions such as MAYRISE Waste Management, MAYRISE Street Works and MAYRISE Highways are considered the ‘product’ of choice by many Unitary, District and County Councils together with organisations such as EDF Energy, Balfour Beatty and Amey. Mayrise Systems is also at the forefront of developments in mobile working, XML web integration and complete ‘end to end’ solutions including the easy to use mapping system MapNow and mail management system MailNow.
