MAINNOVATION HOSTS KEYNOTE SESSION AT INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET MANAGEMENT EXCHANGE EVENT

Dynamic maintenance consultancy, Mainnovation UK is to host a keynote session entitled: Strategically Deploying Value Driven Maintenance (VDM) for Cost-Effective Infrastructure Asset Management at the forthcoming Infrastructure Asset Management Exchange, being held on the 24th and 25th February in London.

Mick Saltzer, Managing Consultant from Mainnovation in the UK will be discussing the economic added value of maintenance, how to best use EAM systems and how to build the most valuable maintenance organisation for your company.

The Infrastructure Asset Management event combines keynote seminars, workshops, peer to peer networking and individual solution provider consultations. Joining the experts from Mainnovation over the two days are speakers such as Kevin Dunning, Head of Asset Management for London Underground and Martin Sedgwick, Head of Asset Management for Scottish Power Generation.

Taking place on the day before the event, the 23rd February, are two Master classes. The morning class is entitled: Risk Management for Infrastructure Investment and it will give attendees the opportunity to hear the latest thinking on risk assessment, what factors need to be incorporated into strategy, and how uncertainty can be dealt with for objective decision making. The afternoon session, Demystifying Asset Management – Clear Understanding for Competitive Advantage provides a clear guide to asset management terminology as well as practical examples.
