Leica Geosystems introduces full support for the new GPS L5 signal in the v2.2 of Leica GNSS QC
Leica Geosystems introduces GNSS QC V2.2, the latest version of the GNSS quality control and data analysis software. The new version includes full support for GPS L5 as well as many additional features and improvements to enhance performance and productivity.
Leica GNSS QC – innovative data analysis
The new modernized GPS signal L5 is supported throughout the software enabling users with L5 enabled receivers to evaluate, analyze and visualize the data. The reporting features of GNSS QC have been re-designed to be easier to read and understand. The new reports are based on HTML format improving compatibility and use of colors and simple graphics helps to highlight important values and patterns.
Version 2.2 also includes numerous other improvements and optimizations in both monitoring analysis and NOVA map configuration that help to increase productivity. For monitoring users, limit check failure messages are only generated when there are situation changes that may require an action to be taken by the operator. The decimation of NMEA data for analysis allows the viewing of long time periods of high rate data. A new welcome page informs users when updates are available, if their maintenance contract allows them to install the new version and the status of their license and maintenance contract in a convenient and unobtrusive way.
