James Needham New Regional Manager at FARO

FARO, the world’s leading provider of portable measurement and imaging systems, is pleased to announce a new Regional Manager responsible for the laser scanning and laser tracking product lines, Mr. James Needham.

David Homewood, Area VP of Sales commented, “James brings to FARO a wealth of global experience in Sales and Marketing from all corners of the world. I am delighted to have James back in the UK team. This will give us depth and experience in scanning and large envelope metrology.”

James Needham has worked for FARO for 8 years, and has extensive global experience within the company in Asia Pacific, USA, and Europe.

James joined the company in 2002 working as an Internal Sales Support person for FARO UK. Following the acquisition of iQvolution James moved to be the Product Manager for the Laser Scanner Division based in Stuttgart, Germany.

James then moved to Singapore to be the Marketing Director for Asia Pacific region, before moving on to FARO’s global headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida, USA, as the Vice President of Marketing.

In 2007, James returned to Asia to be Regional Manager for Sales in the rapidly expanding Chinese Operation, based in Guangzhou, in the south of China.
