Innogistic awarded Catalist GIS Services Framework contract
Innogistic are delighted to announce that OGCbuying.solutions have awarded the company a position on the Catalist Geographic Information System (GISS) Services and Solutions Framework Agreement
The framework agreement, which is open to any organisation that receives public funding, is designed to simplify the process by which Geographic Information Systems are procured. The framework agreement provides a choice of pre-approved suppliers who have been through a rigorous process with OGCbuying.solutions (www.ogcbuyingsolutions.gov.uk), in accordance with EU procurement laws, thereby streamlining the public sector procurement process.
Speaking of the contract award, Dave Roberts, Innogistic's Managing Director comments:
"This is absolutely fantastic news for Innogistic, our customers, and our future customers. The award of a place on the Catalist framework agreement confirms Innogistic's position as a leading supplier of GIS services. We look forward to doing a large amount of business through Catalist."
Innogistic were awarded a framework in Lot 1 of the agreement, for GI Solutions, the only lot for which the company bid.
Customers will be able to place orders through the framework from 14th December 2007. The framework will run for a period of four years to 13th December 2011.
