Getmapping Appoints Chris Jones

Getmapping has appointed Chris Jones to its sales team. Chris will focus on the Telecoms and Insurance sectors as well as special projects such as the recently launched Parish Online web mapping service.
Chris has extensive sales experience with a strong background in data sales. He worked for Thomson Directories where he pioneered their online search tool. Latterly he worked for the AA where he was instrumental in the promotion of their web based route planning application and the more recently launched Route Optimiser web subscription service aimed and hauliers and couriers.
