Customised introductions to Trimble’s GeoSpatial Mobile Data Capture Systems

Event: KOREC / Trimble GeoSpatial demonstration days

Date: 1st -12th February 2010

Location: KOREC’s Huntingdon Operations centre in Cambridgeshire.

KOREC is delighted to announce that it is now taking bookings for the KOREC / Trimble GeoSpatial Presentation days which will be running between the 1st and the12th of February at KOREC’s Huntingdon Operations centre in Cambridgeshire.

Trimble’s GeoSpatial systems are incredibly flexible, with a variety of hardware and sensor choices available, which is why KOREC is inviting all companies who have an interest in mobile survey, GIS & Asset Management or Pavement Inspection to call and arrange a tailor made demonstration of the system.

Vehicle mounted, Trimble’s GeoSpatial systems help you complete video logging, asset management, and mobile survey faster and more productively, accurately, and safely. A scalable solution, these systems offer automatic feature extraction, high accuracy long range lasers and are among the only mobile systems available where development work for both hardware systems integration and post-processing software can be done completely in-house, cutting out the need for any costly third party software developers.

Trimble’s GeoSpatial division have over twenty years of experience integrating GNSS and GNSS augmentation systems, inertial, DMI, cameras, laser scanners and other sensors into mobile mapping systems and have over 50 systems installed world-wide. Ken Spratlin, general manager of Trimble’s GeoSpatial division stated,”Trimble Mobile Data Capture Systems allow service providers and infrastructure managers to access data about the roadway environment accurately and efficiently, with increased worker safety. This complements other survey and mapping tools, allowing our customers to become more productive and improve their businesses”.
