Richard comments, "It is a real pleasure to be joining one of Europe's leading consulting companies with a dedicated GI and survey business of more than 500 staff across its international offices. COWI is leading the way in the use of new and innovative technologies that is securing its place in a global market and is rapidly becoming a global influencer itself."
