Airwave appoints Parminder Dost as Chief Financial Officer

Airwave, Great Britain’s public safety solutions provider, has announced that it has appointed Parminder Dost to the position of Chief Financial Officer with the remit of transforming the group’s financial strategy through the next phase of development as a communications solutions provider to the public safety community. He is a member of the Executive Committee and reports to the CEO.

Parminder joins the board from international communications infrastructure company Alan Dick where he was instrumental in restructuring and refinancing the company. Parminders's background also included subsea network operator FLAG Telecom where he supported it through its IPO which raised $1.6 billion and increased its customer and service portfolio. Parminder also has extensive experience of developing and managing international tax and global financial activity gained at Bechtel, British Gas and accountancy firms Arthur Young and Deloitte. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
