AGI Technical SIG Free and OpenSource Software Event - 11th March 2009
Event supported by British Antarctic Survey
The AGI Technical SIG Free and OpenSource Software (F/OSS) Event will give delegates an opportunity of seeing how OGC web services can be used to provide access to data using F/OSS software. Delegates will be shown a road map for the development of web map services, and there will be presentations of case studies, including live demonstrations of successful projects. There will be a question and answer session at which delegates questions (ideally submitted prior to the event, to paul.cooper@bas.ac.uk) will be answered by a panel of speakers and AGI Technical SIG committee members.
