AGI Geocommunity ‘09 Conference Sponsorship

We are pleased to announce the release of sponsorship packages for AGI GeoCommunity '09.

The fully residential conference will be held on the 23rd and 24th of September, 2009. By popular demand we will return to the Holiday Inn, Stratford-upon-Avon. Again we are planning a pre-conference event on the 22nd September to respond to the wishes of a substantial number of delegates arriving the day before. This will be a great 'icebreaker' and also provide an excellent sponsorship opportunity or a day to run your own specialist meeting.

AGI '08 saw a 20% increase in delegates with over 600 registering for a very successful event.

With the record number of delegates and buzz that the conference generated in 2008, we expect sponsorship to again sell out very quickly. The three tier package system - Silver, Gold and Platinum has been maintained and prices frozen at the 2008 level(please see the attached sponsorship sheet for more details). Note that discounts apply to corporate (5%) and sponsor AGI members (10%) against those prices listed. Sponsor packages will be sold on a first come first served basis.

In addition to the packages offered, other opportunities exist to 'enhance your sponsorship - meeting room hire, training sessions, additional inserts in the delegate pack, sponsoring streams and sponsorship of the pre conference evening.

For those organisations with different sponsorship requirements, we may be able to tailor packages, for example, substituting an exhibition space for outdoor hardware demonstrations. In such instances please contact Claire Huppertz, AGI Event Manager to discuss (claire@agi.org.uk).
