VisualMILL 6.0.5.14 and RhinoCAM 2.0.2.14 latest

Bad Kreuznach, 7 September 2009 – DataCAD Software & Services GmbH, a provider of technical software solutions for the industry, today announced the release of new versions for the CAM systems VisualMILL and RhinoCAM.

The latest versions include many enhancements and improvements for 2-1/2 and 3 axis milling, carving, drilling and simulation. Besides, updated importers are also available.

VisualMILL and RhinoCAM are general purpose CAM programs that are ideal for mold, die & tooling, wood working, rapid-prototyping and general machining. The products include 2-1/2, 3, 4 & 5 axis milling and hole making operations, and come with hundreds of free post-processors and additionally a post-processor generator to create user definable post processors.

RhinoCAM 2.0 is a plug-in that is completely integrated in Rhinoceros 4.0. This way, users can perform CAM operations within Rhino, without having to learn a completely new user interface. This results in productivity enhancements and cost reductions.
