Transoft Solutions’ User iPod Touch® Prize Pack

June 18, 2008 – Vancouver, BC, Canada

Transoft Solutions - developers of industry leading engineering and architectural CAD design software including AutoTURN 6.0, the world’s preferred vehicle swept path analysis / maneuver simulation application, and ParkCAD 3.0, the dynamic CAD software for parking facility design tool - announce the winner of the ninth annual Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) Survey giveaway is James Reid, Architectural Technologist for Johns Group2 Architecture Engineering in Edmonton, Canada. Mr. Reid was entered into the draw for a 16GB iPod Touch® and a Bose SoundDock® prize bundle for contributing important input to the survey.

“I was surprised to win as this was the first time participating in Transoft Solutions’ survey,” said Mr. Reid. “ I wanted to give my feedback on how AutoTURN and ParkCAD serve our architectural needs; they’re products that work and increase productivity while reducing human error.” Reid added, “My thanks to Transoft Solutions; I’m obviously excited and grateful to win the iPod and SoundDock.”

“We at Transoft Solutions would like to thank James Reid and all of our survey participants for their feedback,” commented Transoft Solutions Marketing Research Analyst, Jeremy Voon. “We are extremely pleased with the quality and increased number of responses our CIP survey has generated over last year. Running from March 5th to May 15th, 2008, the CIP survey generated a 50% increase in participation–the largest response ever. Professionals sharing their product usage insight represented all facets of the AEC industry in North America from independent consultants to architects and engineers from leading firms including Johns Group2 Architecture Engineering.

The participants’ unique and detailed feedback on how they utilize Transoft Solutions software for their projects and presentations is studied for viability with much of the user suggestions being developed into the software. The survey has also produced important information is being continually channeled into the maintenance of Transoft Solutions superior customer service and support.

The CIP survey will return next spring.
