Invitation and call for abstracts

Important dates
* 27 February, 2009 Abstract submission
* 6 March, 2009 Notification for acceptance
* 18-19 March, 2009 “Towards INSPIRE” Workshop
* 30 April 2009 Full paper submission
Authors guideline
Authors are required to submit their abstracts by e-mail no later than February 27, 2009.
Submission of an abstract is mandatory for submitting a paper.
Submission in Word format will be made via e-mail to the following address: email malerba@corila.it before February 27, 2009.
Abstracts should be 1 page long and include one illustrative result (use a 12-point New Times Roman font).
Abstracts should contain:
1. The title in bold capital letters.
2. Name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation of each author(s).
3. Text in the body of the abstract should be right and left margin justified (aligned).
4. The abstract must be clear, concise, and contain an accurate summary of the work.

Review Process
After notification of accepted abstracts, each author is required to prepare an oral presentation which will be presented during the workshop of 18-19 March, 2009.
All the accepted abstract will be printed in a Book of abstract, which will be distributed during the Workshop.
Oral Presentation and Proceedings
After notification of accepted abstract, each author is required to prepare, for oral presentation:
* Each author has 15 minutes of presentation including discussion and is supported by slides and Power Point presentation (in any case the duration of the presentation depends on the number of papers).
* All presentations will be uploaded during the Congress with a USB Key or a CD-Rom.
The paper:
* The oral presentation is mandatory for the publication of paper in the Proceedings of the “Towards INSPIRE Workshop”.
* Authors are invited to submit their full papers in a Word file no later than 30 April, 2009.
* The paper must be no longer that 8 pages (minimum 5).
* Authors are invited to write papers according to the instructions detailed below and to submit them by e-mail to the following address: email malerba@corila.it

The accepted papers for the “Towards INSPIRE Workshop” will be published in Towards INSPIRE Proceedings by an international editor.
Copyright Agreement
Upon acceptance of an abstract, all authors will be invited to sign a copyright agreement.
IMPORTANT: Each paper requires the copyright agreement for publication.
