TerraGo and SPADAC Sign OEM Agreement

ATLANTA, GA – JUNE 14, 2010 – TerraGo Technologies®, a leading provider of geospatial collaboration software solutions, and SPADAC, a leading provider of spatially enhanced technology solutions, have signed a strategic agreement that enables SPADAC to develop and distribute an integrated solution that will enable its EarthWhere® customers to access, customize and distribute mission-critical geospatial assets as GeoPDF® files.

SPADAC’s latest release of EarthWhere, which is scheduled to be released later this month, seamlessly publishes and shares raster data as easy-to-use, portable, and interactive GeoPDF files. In addition, EarthWhere users can catalog and discover GeoPDF files for easier access to specific files in a particular area of interest. GeoPDF files are used by more than 800 organizations today to publish maps and images for geospatial collaboration.
