TVision sign as Masternaut Three-X Reseller

14th June 2010 - TVision Technology, from Surrey, a leading supplier of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision), has signed as a reseller for Masternaut Three X, Europe's leading mobile resource management provider specialising in Vehicle & Asset Tracking, and mobile application specialists.

With experience extending back almost 25 years, Masternaut Three X has been delivering robust and reliable mobile solutions that help some of the UK's most successful businesses better manage their resources. TVision will be working with companies who are looking to integrate their Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution with mobile technology.
Masternaut Three X solutions are aimed at any organisation with a mobile workforce, and are tailored to the customers sector expertise. X Mobile links the back office to field engineers, enabling them to receive jobs, progress and close jobs; immediately updating the back office in terms of time and material consumption.

X Delivery provides drivers with electronic trip manifests, recording the progression of deliveries from leaving the warehouse to arriving at the customer. Both solutions capture timesheet information and customer signatures for proof of completion.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV has fully featured functionality for service management and distribution. The Three X solutions are a natural extension of the back office across the work place. Richard Thompson, MD of TVision Technology explains why TVision Technology selected Three X as the mobile solution to recommend to its customers: “Mobile solutions in our sector of the marketplace have always suffered from being built on proprietary technology. What attracted us to the Masternaut Three X application was that the architecture to interface is based on MessageQueues and XML messages, a technology we’ve been using for many years to integrate with Web Sites.”

With household names such as NFT Distribution, Gatwick Group and Tudor North West using the technology, customers can be confident that they have a ‘Best of Breed’ solution that gives the best mobile experience with NAV.
The new TVision Technology partnership with Masternaut Three X is part of the Masternaut Three X Affinity Partner Programme, which is focussed on adding value to existing customers by identifying opportunities, transferring knowledge and building relationships with partners who share ambition and values.
Amina Majid, Director of Affinity the Masternaut Three X Partner Programme comments: “We are very pleased to welcome TVision Technology as a Three X partner. Their knowledge of distribution and service industry and of the NAV product gives confidence to us and their customers that implementing the mobile solutions will add further value to their back office investment.”
