SuperPad Selected by University of Malaya

SuperGeo announced today that University of Malaya, or UM, has selected SuperPad as their mobile Geographic Information System solution to effectively collect survey data in the field.

SuperPad is the powerful mobile GIS software which provides field-based personnel with the ability to capture, edit and measure massive amounts of geographic data efficiently and easily in the field. Flexibly collaborating with GPS receiver and a digital camera, SuperPad allows you to collect field data promptly and effectively.

Established in April 1949, University of Malaya is the oldest higher education institute. In addition, it’s also one of the top universities in Malaysia. UM is located in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia so that UM has numerous educational resources. UM covers widely in research fields, including Science, Medicine, Business, Education, Information Technology, etc.

Through the promotion of Axis Commerce, the exclusive reseller in Malaysia, SuperGeo extends the sales performance of SuperPad to UM. The full-function mobile GIS software is purchased by the Faculty of Arts and Social Science to assist in geography research and efficient data collection in the field. Therefore, the procurement will be highly influential for other educational institutes in the local market and also benefit the further promotion of SuperGIS software in the future.
