SuperGeo Releases SuperGIS Online in Taiwan

SuperGeo Releases SuperGIS Online in Taiwan

SuperGeo Technologies, the leading global provider of complete GIS software and solutions, today announces that SuperGIS Online, the spatial data service on-demand, is launched officially in Taiwan.

SuperGIS Online is the spatial data on-demand service provided by SuperGeo for professional GIS users, general map users, and value-added application users. The service combines the commonly-used maps and GIS functions. Users, who do not need to spend much money and time collecting maps as well as maintaining hardware and software, can easily access the map services by SuperGIS Desktop by renting.

SuperGIS Online overcomes the problem that traditional GIS service could only provide a single service. Instead, SuperGIS Online can help users cut costs of data collecting, renting, and maintaining. 3 types of services are offered by SuperGIS Online; they are Data, Function, and Data Hosting.

• Data: provide satellite images, electronic maps, and database of various theme maps

• Function: provide address locator and important landmark query

• Data Hosting: users can upload their own map data to SuperGIS Online, and the service provides the software and hardware equipment for hosting. Thus, users only need to connect to the service via the Internet, and they can easily use their own data.

More information of SuperGIS Online is available at the link below.
