Photo Science places order for Lynx Mobile Mapper

Toronto, Canada, August 26, 2010 — Optech Incorporated, the leading provider of advanced lidar survey instruments, announced today that Photo Science, based in Lexington, Kentucky, has purchased Optech’s next-generation Lynx Mobile MapperTM.

“We are pleased to have Photo Science augment their Optech lidar equipment,” said Brent Gelhar, Optech's Vice President, Sales and Strategy. “Given their depth of experience with airborne data collection and their ability to embrace large-scope projects, we anticipate many unique surveys will be undertaken by Photo Science with their Lynx."
