Optech and DiMAC Exhibit Jointly at INTERGEO 2010

Toronto, Canada, September 15, 2010 — Optech Incorporated, the world’s leading manufacturer of advanced lidar survey instruments, is pleased to announce that it will share a booth at INTERGEO 2010 with DiMAC sprl. Optech recently acquired the operations and assets of this innovative digital aerial camera company, inventor of the patented DiMAC True Forward Motion Compensation technology.

The clear technology direction in airborne remote sensing is the move to combine three-dimensional measurement at the collection source with high-resolution airborne imaging techniques. The focus of Optech and DiMAC’s presence at INTERGEO is to stress the importance of this trend and the advances that have been jointly achieved.

“These are exciting times for the remote-sensing industry,” said Brent Gelhar, Optech’s Vice President, Sales and Strategy ”We are seeing more and more demand for the multiple product offerings that Optech and DiMAC have managed to configure into the industry’s best recognized high-performance sensors, with round-the-clock live support.”

Both Optech and DiMAC can be found at INTERGEO 2010 in Cologne, Germany, October 5-7, at Hall #11.1, Stand #1E.118. On October 4, 2010, Optech will also host the “Workflow Solutions for ALTM and Lynx” workshop which will include presentations on DiMAC’s latest advances in digital imaging technology, in conjunction with Optech’s latest hardware and software releases.

The workshop will be held at the Hilton Cologne Hotel, Marzellenstrasse 13-17, 50688 Cologne, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
