Bad Kreuznach, February 25, 2010 - DataCAD Software & Services GmbH, a provider of technical software solutions for the industry, today announced the release of the latest version AutoVue 20.0 from Oracle. According to the producer, version 20.0 is one of the most important releases.

Oracle’s AutoVue Enterprise Visualization is the industry leading solution for viewing, reviewing and collaborating on asset and engineering documents and information across the global enterprise. AutoVue solutions can serve as a single platform for document visualization across the global enterprise, whether for personal productivity on individual desktops or team productivity across applications and geographies.

Considerable Innovations in AutoVue 20.0
AutoVue 20.0 boasts a brand new architecture allowing it to easily scale with an organization’s evolving enterprise requirements and more efficiently serve the visualization and document collaboration needs of its enterprise and desktop users. The Integration of AutoVue in any deployment environment can be easily built with the new Software Development Kit (iSDK).

Besides, a new Work Offline mode is available, enabling users to view and markup engineering documents offline. Also new are 3D Walkthrough capabilities which allow users to perform detailed reviews of facilities from within and explore buildings and structures in a more natural way. In addition, new 3D features greatly improve the usage of 3D models.
AutoVue 20.0 has also been optimized for maximum performance to drive process efficiency. Users can now load and work with large multi-page Word and 2D CAD documents as well as large 3D models much faster. Besides, AutoVue also delivers timely support for new formats, such as Pro/Engineer WildFire 5, Unigraphics NX6, Mechanical Desktop 2010 und 2009, Adobe Acrobat PDF 9.0 and others.
