NJVC Prepares for Growth

VIENNA, Va.— NJVC, one of the largest information technology solutions providers supporting the United States Department of Defense (DoD), has announced that it will be expanding its headquarters in Vienna by more than 22,000 square feet.

“Our company is growing and we needed more space for that expansion,” said NJVC President and General Manager Jody Tedesco. “We’re acquiring outstanding management talent, building up our business development team and planning to continually add more talent as we acquire new contracts.”

NJVC headquarters is located in Westwood Tower in the Tysons Corner area. The company recently signed a lease renewing its current 59,392 square feet and adding an additional 22,870 square feet to the agreement. The company will have this space until the end of 2012.

NJVC currently is recruiting to fill more than 100 jobs in the area of information technology including Oracle and UNIX database administrator positions.

Since its founding in 2000, NJVC has evolved into a leader within the government services industry with annual revenues of approximately $400 million.

NJVC currently employs more than 800 people, 90 percent of whom hold security clearances. More than half of the staff is based in the greater Washington area, with approximately 220 based at the company’s Vienna headquarters. More than 200 NJVC employees either support its map printing facility and field office in Missouri or work on-site with government customers around the U.S. and overseas.

NJVC provides quality information technology solutions to the federal government and specializes in supporting intelligence, defense and geospatial organizations, including its largest customer the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). NJVC supports NGA’s extensive technology needs by providing comprehensive IT infrastructure, secure communications and IT support for the agency’s locations around the world.
