Karlsruhe/Germany, September 18, 2007. The 6th Mapware Conference is being held in Karlsruhe on 6th and 7th November, 2007. Developers who
currently use or want to use geographic or logistics components are provided with the latest news and information on mapping, routing, geocoding, navigation and optimising logistics processes.
This year's event will focus on international user reports regarding petroleum logistics, area planning, tracking & tracing and field
service management as well as hands-on workshops. The highlights include "iNET goes X" presenting new ways to use PTV server
technologies even more efficiently, and AJAX Web 2.0 technology for maps in dynamic web applications. Developers have the opportunity to learn more about navigation components for individual solutions. Another focal point will be the integration of geographic and planning- related functions into SAP solutions.
Conference participants value the careful combination of internationally oriented presentations and hands-on user workshops.
Last year, 370 visitors once again rated the conference programme and concept as "excellent".
