Theme: Defining Geospatial Vision of India

Map India 2010, the 13th Annual International Conference and Exhibition on Geospatial Information Technology and Applications will be based on a visionary theme - 'Defining Geospatial Vision of India'. Through this conference, we are trying to assimilate the developments within the domain and steer the future direction that geospatial technologies can provide to the various vertical in the country. We do believe it is time now for a stated vision for geospatial domain to emerge, which will enable not only the policy makers, but the technology developers, industry and user segments to have as a guiding path for incorporating geospatial as a key tool within their respective work.

Vision of Map India is to mandate itself to work towards making a significant and effective contribution towards meeting the developmental challenges of the nation.

Guidelines for abstract submission:

The abstract submitted should not exceed 250 words.

The submitted abstract should be an original draft, one which has not been published before.

Upon evaluation of abstracts, selected authors will be invited to send in their full papers.
