Map Asia 2010 & ISG 2010 Conference Welcomes its Sponsors

GIS Development the organizer of Map Asia 2010 & ISG 2010 conference, is pleased to announce the sponsors of the event.

This year Map Asia 2010 is being jointly organized with ISG 2010 – International Symposium and Exhibition on Geoinformation with the theme “Connecting Government and Citizens through Ubiquitous GIS”. The conference would seek appropriate methods and strategies in improving service delivery systems across all agencies; it will gather ideas, approaches and strategies from both the public and private sectors on improved and new ways to grow towards a connected government.

Map Asia 2010 welcomes the participants to meet, discuss and learn about innovative geospatial technologies. The three days conference will have Inaugural session followed by two Plenary Sessions on the topics Connecting Government through Ubiquitous GIS and Ubiquitous Services for Citizens along with the Panel Discussion on Geospatial Industry in Asia-Pacific: Challenges and Prospects. Other technical programmes will include Symposium on Utility & Infrastructure, Seminars on Agriculture & Plantation and Ocean Information Services, Special Session on Geospatial for Development Sector, Workshop on Standards & Interoperability, Discussion Forum on Capacity Building, India Technology Summit, GIS Development Geospatial Excellence Award, User Forum and Technical Sessions. State of Art showcase of technology and applications spread over an area of about 1600 sq. mtrs of floor layout would be a very important component of the Conference.
