MARS® LiDAR Data Management Software Now Available

Aurora, CO – Dec. 16, 2009 – The GeoSpatial Solutions (GSS) division of Merrick & Company is pleased to announce the online availability of the new version 6.0 Merrick Advanced Remote Sensing (MARS®) software suite. Geospatial users interested in evaluating MARS® may download either the 32-bit or 64-bit software installers directly from the Merrick website below.

Developed to support users working with very large light detection and ranging (LiDAR) datasets, the MARS® software suite is a robust, production‐grade Windows® application designed to manage, visualize, process, and analyze LiDAR data. Boasting powerful visualization capabilities and excellent data processing performance, MARS® also supports high-resolution orthoimagery, GIS/CAD vector data and hyperspectral imagery.
