Location Summit 2.0 - New Dehli, India - Feb 2009

New Delhi, India, July 30, 2008 – GIS Development, the Geospatial Knowledge Company is pleased to announce dates for Location Summit 2.0, the first Global Summit on Positioning and Navigation scheduled
for February 11 – 13, 2009, to be held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Hyderabad, India.

The theme for the three-day summit is "Towards Collaborative Model" that will bring together the pioneers, industry leaders and developers who are setting the direction for the future of location technologies and markets.

The technical programme of the Summit includes a Vision Session which will provide a platform to industry leaders to throw light on the various segments comprising the location community and the true potential of niche markets related to location services through a collaborative model. There will also be two Keynote Sessions on Location@Enterprise and Location@Consumers, six Tracks on Workforce Management, Fleet Management, Logistics Management, Data Input, Emerging Technologies, Location Enabled Devices and and a state-of-the-art exhibition on latest products, solutions and services in the field of positioning and navigation technology.

Programme also includes two Executive panel discussions on Location Enabled Markets and Location Based Services in 2009 that will bring together industry leaders and experts to give a peek into the major market segments, pricing models, where the industry is headed to and many such issues.
