Leica Geosystems Teams up with Planetek Italia

11 September 2007 - Norcross, Georgia, USA — Leica Geosystems Geospatial Imaging today announced that Planetek Italia is now an authorized distributor of Leica Geosystems’ solutions to customers in Italy. Previously the distributor of ER Mapper’s products in Italy, Planetek Italia specializes in information sciences applied to land management. Leica Geosystems recently acquired ER Mapper, expanding its product portfolio and distribution network.

With this agreement, Planetek Italia will provide services for a broad array of Leica Geosystems’ products, including data sharing, enterprise, photogrammetry, remote sensing and visualization solutions.
