High-Resolution 3D Scanning from Z Corporation

The new Z Corporation ZScanner® 60 is a uniquely portable 3D laser scanner that makes it easy to scan even hard-to-reach surfaces. Delivering resolution down to 0.1 mm and XY accuracy up to 80 microns, it is an ideally balanced solution for value-conscious users. Features include a sampling speed of 18,000 measurements per second, Class II (eye safe) laser, 2 cameras, XY accuracy up to 80 microns (up to 0.003 inches) with resolution of 0.1mm in Z (0.004 inches), depth of field 30 cm (12 inches), delivered with ZScanTM Lite software. The unit weighs 0.98 kg and measures 160 x 260 x 210 mm in size, supporting numerous export file formats, including .DAE, .FBX, .MA, .OBJ, .PLY, .STL, .TXT, .WRL, .X3D, .X3DZ, and .ZPR. Data transfer and power source are FireWire.
